About Donna

Hi, I’m Donna Pethybridge, an Authorised Civil Marriage Celebrant passionate about creating heartfelt and memorable ceremonies for weddings and life celebrations.

Originally from the U.K., I have spent my adult life in Australia, surrounded by a large and lively family where special occasions are always filled with love and laughter. I’ve been married to my wonderful husband, Mark (my roadie) for over 30 years, and together, we’ve raised three amazing children—Kieren, Aynsley, and Callum—as well as welcomed my daughter-in-law, Georgie, into our family.

With over 20 years of experience in Beauty, Personal Care, and Travel Retail, I have developed a deep understanding of people’s unique needs, allowing me to personalize and tailor every ceremony with care and attention to detail.

Beyond my work as a celebrant, I am a longstanding volunteer with Look Good Feel Better, a program supporting cancer patients in regaining their confidence. This work has shaped my ability to offer compassion, empathy, and positivity, qualities I bring into every ceremony I officiate.

I am organized, fun, and enthusiastic, with strong communication skills and a love for connecting with people. My goal as your celebrant is to collaborate with you—bringing your vision to life with my expertise and inspiration—to craft a unique, elegant, and authentic ceremony that tells your story in a way that will be cherished forever.
